Your Role:
As a Production Manager, you’ll be at the helm of our production teams, steering jobs from start to finish while ensuring we meet our high SERVPRO® standards. You'll manage job assignments, supervise scheduling, and ensure every job file is perfectly executed.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead with Excellence: Oversee and coordinate production crews, manage job schedules, and ensure all tasks align with SERVPRO® procedures.
Communicate and Connect: Build strong relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential customers, providing clear estimates and updates.
Solve and Support: Quickly address and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Train and Develop: Recruit, train, and manage production personnel, fostering a high-performing team.
Who We’re Looking For:
Exceptional Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Experienced Leader: Experience in cleaning/restoration is a plus. IICRC certifications are preferred.
Organized and Efficient: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
Flexible and Resilient: Willingness to travel locally and out of state and handle the physical demands of the job.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
Active Role: Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance, work in various environments, and handle physical tasks such as climbing ladders and working in tight spaces.
Safety First: Exposure to chemicals and the need to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
