    Position Description (required skills/desired skills)

    Summary

    We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting our top technology partner's implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with their user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, and develop new software use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with software vendors. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Provide desk-side (over-the-shoulder as well as classroom training to end customers).
    • Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
    • Provide feedback to the engineering team about the product.

    Requirements

    • Experience training groups as small as one, and as large as twenty.
    • Experience troubleshooting technical issues.
    • Deep-level knowledge of how to use our client’s software.
    • Understanding of our client's needs, often DOD, Intelligence, or LE related.
    • TS/SCI clearance

    Desired

    • Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
    • Prior experience with;
      • Palantir products including Gotham workspace, Foundry, Maven, Gaia, Apollo or Titanium
      • Distributive Common Ground System (DCGS)
      • Training other software relative to the intel, operations or law enforcement community.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
    • Ability to travel independently overseas per the needs of the business.
    • Strong knowledge of Excel.
    • Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
    • Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python, and/or Java, as well as hardware, networks, and server administration.

    Clearance needed? (Y/N) Level Top Secret/SCI

    Rate/Salary information (including uplift) Experience needs to be in a full-time position using Palantir but does not have to be an FSR.

    Travel (where and how much)

    • Can vary between <10% to support remote training to 50% supporting overseas rotations.
