Role Description:
A Better Tomorrow Therapy is actively seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. As an SLPA, your primary responsibility will be to provide essential support to our team of Speech Therapists. Under the guidance of licensed therapists, you will assist in implementing treatment plans, maintaining accurate records of patient progress, managing therapy equipment, and handling administrative tasks. You will have the opportunity to work closely with pediatric clients in their homes across Arizona.

As a licensed SLPA with us, you'll enjoy the flexibility of a 1099 independent contractor position. Our company serves patient care across the entirety of Arizona. We'll collaborate closely to connect you with clients in your local vicinity, ensuring you're comfortable with your caseload. Please Note: You will be driving to a clients home and providing quality service within the state of Arizona.. Plus, with opportunities for leadership development and professional growth, your journey with us is limitless! Transportation to and from appointments is the responsibility of the assistant.
Qualifications:
Experience in providing patient care and home care
Ability to manage appointments, documentation, and record-keeping
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of developmental disabilities and interventions
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant
Article 9 training
CPR Certification
Current AHCCCS ID or willingness to obtain one
