    VetsEZ is seeking an experienced SME ObjectScript Developer to join our growing team, supporting mission-critical applications in a collaborative, dynamic environment. You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance applications using InterSystems ObjectScript within the InterSystems IRIS / Caché platform, primarily in the healthcare, government, or financial sectors.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable applications using InterSystems ObjectScript.
    • Work with InterSystems IRIS / Caché platforms to manage data storage, workflows, and performance.
    • Design and implement stored procedures, triggers, and complex data integrations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
    • Implement HL7, FHIR, or interoperability standards (if applicable).
    • Troubleshoot and optimize existing ObjectScript applications.
    • Lead performance tuning, system upgrades, and migrations.
    • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
    • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
    • 15+ years of experience with InterSystems ObjectScript.
    • Strong experience with TaskMan, MenuMan, Alerts, KIDS, FileMan, MailMan.
    • RPC Broker experience (client in Delphi, server in Mumps).
    • Expertise in InterSystems IRIS/Caché database platforms.
    • Proficient in ObjectScript-based stored procedures, triggers, and SQL.
    • Experience with HL7, FHIR, and similar healthcare standards.
    • Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, and integration technologies.
    • Experience with enterprise-grade systems, particularly in healthcare, government, or financial domains.
    • Familiarity with Java, .NET, Python, Ensemble, and DevOps tools.
    • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP for cloud deployments.
    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
    • Strong communication skills.

    Preferred:

    • SAFe/Scrum certification.
    • Experience with IRIS for Health (2022+).

    Additional Qualifications:
