Role
As an SMT Operator (also known as Surface Mount Technology Operator, SMT Technician), you'll play a key role in the production process by operating and maintaining SMT equipment, including pick-and-place machines and soldering stations. You'll also perform routine maintenance, read and interpret technical documents, conduct quality inspections, and collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.

Qualifications
