SNF Solutions is a nationwide, full-service billing and consulting firm focused exclusively on the unique needs of Skilled Nursing Facilities. We are looking for a remote SNF (Nursing Home) Collections Specialist who is detail-oriented and highly organized. Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task. We are looking to fill several full-time and part-time positions. Pay is determined based on experience and can be discussed.
EXPERIENCE
MUST HAVE familiarity with:
PCC
SNF Billing
Collections and Follow-Up
Claim Submission
Familiarity with any of these is good, but not required:
MatrixCare
Ability – now Involan
Waystar
Availity
As well as multiple Insurance/Managed Care Claim Web Portals
MUST HAVE Experience with billing:
Medicare
Medicaid (Multiple States a plus)
Managed Medicaid (Multiple States a plus)
Insurance and Managed Care Insurance
Co-Insurance
Skills:
Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Efficient in follow-up on outstanding claims.
Organization and attention to detail.
English proficiency required.
