What you’ll do:

Learn new skills and techniques to advance your career and be promoted within

Assist the shelter veterinarian in surgeries, treatment procedures, and exams

Complete initial physical exams, and perform routine procedures, such as vaccinations, injections and microchipping

Interpret results for laboratory procedures including but not limited to ear cytology, skin scrapes, and DTMs.

What we’re looking for: You have experience in an animal shelter or veterinary setting, and are familiar with the skills listed above

You catch on quick, and embrace learning

You want to be a part of our non-profit vision where every animal matters

You’re comfortable handling all types of animals

What you get:

120 hours of PTO + 6 paid holidays + 3 floating holidays (prorated)
