With a collaborative approach and a focus on quality, they engage closely with clients and consultants from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Lead architectural projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and design standards. Direct and coordinate project teams to maintain workflow and deliverables.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of project managers, designers, and junior staff. Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Design Direction: Establish and maintain the creative vision for projects, ensuring designs are both functional and aesthetically compelling.
Client & Contractor Collaboration: Serve as the primary contact for clients and contractors, maintaining strong, professional relationships and aligning project goals.
Technical Expertise: Provide guidance on technical challenges, ensuring sound architectural solutions.
Resource Management: Monitor team workloads, allocate resources effectively, and ensure balanced project support.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure high standards across all deliverables.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with local and national building codes and zoning regulations to ensure all designs meet compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Must be a registered Architect in the state of Nevada or able to obtain licensure through NCARB reciprocity
Accredited degree in Architecture required
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Project Manager
Experience with both commercial and residential projects
Proficient in Revit (required)
Familiarity with rendering software such as Lumion or Twinmotion
Must be available to work onsite; this is not a remote position
