Our client is currently experiencing rapid growth! As an integral part of the HR team, the HR Business Partner in this role will directly report to the Senior HRBP. They will collaborate closely with the service line management team to shape and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business goals, organizational effectiveness, change management, talent development, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: As an HR Business Partner, you’ll collaborate closely with business leaders, providing guidance on people-related matters. Your role is to align HR practices with our business goals, ensuring organizational effectiveness.
- Consulting and Coaching: You’ll be an advisor, not a doer. Understand current and future challenges, and provide effective advice to key stakeholders. Empower leadership to handle people matters confidently.
- Talent Management: Work on strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development. Ensure our workforce is future-ready through reskilling and upskilling initiatives.
Legal Compliance: Stay up to date on employment laws and regulations. Help leaders ensure compliance while creating and implementing HR processes and policies.
Change Agent: Lead organizational change initiatives. Drive positive behaviors and reinforce desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in HR functions or generalist roles.
- Proven success in aligning HR practices with business goals.
- Strong communication and consulting skills.
