Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment for positions ranging from gaming to hospitality. Collaborates with hiring managers to ensure compliance with gaming regulations while fostering a positive candidate experience. Proactive in addressing staffing needs to support the dynamic casino environment.

    • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for various casino positions
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations
    • Source and attract top talent within the gaming and hospitality industry
    • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews
    • Ensure compliance with gaming regulations in the recruitment process
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
    • Foster positive candidate experiences to enhance employer branding
    • Manage high-volume recruitment efficiently to meet staffing demands
    • Stay current on industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly
    • Implement and optimize recruitment tools and technologies for enhanced efficiency
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • One (1) year of human resources experience preferred.
    • Knowledgeable of HR concepts, policies and procedures, with clear understanding of legal compliance requirements and employment laws.
    • Strong skills in MS Office applications.
    • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
    • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
