Rhonemus Group is a successful and growing executive search and bank consulting firm with offices in Wilmington, NC.  We're building a succession plan and we are looking for our next top producer. We are looking for an experienced & driven Banking Recruiter to join our team.

Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in an in-house or agency recruiting role, has strong project management skills, and has experience sourcing/recruiting for banking, financial services, or fintech positions. We will also consider a Branch Manager, or other Banker looking to take his/her career to the next level.

All our work is retained, meaning we are paid upfront on every engagement. This is very different compared to contingency where you and the firm work for free. In this role you will recruit active retained bank searches across the Midwest, and Southeast.
