We are looking for flex drivers in the DFW area to pick up and deliverpackages to residential and business addresses in DFW. You will be required todrive your own vehicle and pay for your own fuel to complete the daily route. Our call time is 6:45 a.m.Drivers will be independent contractors. 

Drivers should be highly energetic, competent and self-motivated individualswith a good sense of direction and excellent customer service skills.Punctuality, reliability and delivery experience are required. This positionwill also require understanding and use of handheld devices to assist with eachdelivery and must own a working smartphone. 

Applicants should be capable of lifting up to fifty pounds without assistance.We prefer applicants with verifiable work history with FedEx, UPS, or otherparcel delivery services but all applicants will be considered. Shifts areavailable 5 days a week. Route length also varies, but you can expect yourworkday to be 7-10 hours on average. We are looking for full-time positionsonly.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS: 

· Must possess valid driver's license.

 · Minimum age: 21 with at least 3 years Licensed Driving history.

 · Minimum six months of verifiable driving history.

 · No DUI/DWI within five previous years

 · Must pass drug screening 

· Pass a background verification

 · Verify competency in critical skill areas for the specific driving position
