Job Title: State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) - Day Shift

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Shift: 7a-7p (Rotating Weekends)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team on the day shift. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to our residents while ensuring their dignity, respect, and comfort. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health and behavior to nursing staff.
- Help with feeding and mobility assistance for residents as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by following infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote their well-being.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Uphold the dignity and privacy of each resident while providing care.

Qualifications:
- Current State Tested Nursing Assistant certification.
- Previous experience in a nursing or healthcare setting preferred, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine interest in helping others.
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
- Must be able to lift and assist residents and fulfill physical demands of the job.
