Job Summary:
As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), you will play a vital role in the daily care and support of our residents. You will assist with their personal care needs while promoting their dignity and independence. This position requires a caring individual who is capable of providing emotional support as well as physical assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and eating.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Help residents to maintain their mobility and participate in recreational activities.
- Assist with meal preparation and provide feeding assistance as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Document and report any significant changes in residents' conditions.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and other staff members.
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory policies and procedures.

** Shift: 7a-7p (Rotating Weekends)**

Qualifications:
- Valid STNA certification in the state of [Insert State].
- Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is preferred.
