Have a bachelor's degree or be employed for a minimum of two years with the organization.

Examples of Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the program.
Overseeing and assessing a residential treatment facility in accordance with the licensee's stated objectives and standards.
Preparation of the facility's budget and management of expenditures according to the facility's budget limitations.
Organizing the work of the facility and delegating responsibility to staff.
Participate in training and evaluation of staff.
Review clients, placing agent and stakeholders' concerns and grievances, and resolve expeditiously.
Monitoring and distributing the client's finances (clothing, allowance, incentives, etc.)
Attend treatment team, individual and group, CFT, IEP, CCL, DMH, local state, and county meetings and training.
Serve as a liaison with external stakeholders, such as licensing agencies, community organizations, school personnel, and healthcare providers.
Prepare the SR5 reports.
Review all incident reports and program binders (MAR, Significant Event Log, Legal Log, Weekly Assessment Log, etc.) for compliance.
Ensure that each on-site license inspection of residential facilities is well-prepared.
Conduct regular health and safety inspections of the facility to ensure compliance.
Ensure the client's activities are recorded in the Legal Log at intervals of 15- minutes.
Responsible for designating a qualified substitute when absent.
Responsible for providing your contact information to clients and other stakeholders (coworkers, Community Care Licensing, school staff, social worker, etc.) when you are off-site.
