Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain a gaming license per the Missouri Gaming Commission requirements.
- May be required to work weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft office programs, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Some Casino experience is preferred such as table games, slots, finance/cashier, or casino security but not required.
- Prior Surveillance experience is preferred but not required.
- Must have excellent telecommunications and report writing skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Able to accurately type reports, use keypads, keyboards and mouse for long periods of time and operate mechanical controls.
- Able to view monitors for extended periods of time and be able to discern color.
- Able to react quickly and accurately under demanding high stress conditions.
- Ability to work in a fast paced 24/7 Casino environment.
- High level attention to detail.
- Ability to be autonomous and very low profile.
- Must be self-motivated, highly analytical, able to learn and retain data, recall issues, situations, names and faces.
- Needs be comfortable in confined quarters for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in a temperature controlled environment.
