  • Responsibilities

    Customer Service Representatives will answer phone calls and various other message platforms in our call center, provide customers with information about the company, hours of operations, looking up part prices, negotiating the purchasing of vehicles and coordinating their pick-up. Previous Reception or call-center Experience is Preferred. The right person will have the ability to verbally communicate, maintain a high energy level and demonstrate a positive attitude. Positive demeanor and strong phone skills are required as Pick-N-Pull experiences high call volume so the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure is a must.

    Must apply in Person, M-F, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm! Pick-N-Pull currently has some Customer Service Representative Openings. These positions are Full Time positions, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Applicants must be able to work weekends.

    • Must be Bi-Lingual.

    • Pay starts at $13.00 an hour, there is a Commission program that can raise the pay by $3-5 an hour.

    • Must have good computer skills.

    • Must be reliable and extremely organized.

    • Must be a team player and be able to handle all types of customer service calls.

    • Must be a self starter and be able to keep yourself on task.
