Description:

Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems. Manage infrastructure and processes related to these systems. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification and resolution. Escalate and communicate status to agency management and internal customers.

Required Skills:

• Experience with VMWare, provisioning and maintaining Virtual Machines. Windows administration experience
• DoD 8750 IAT Level 2 (or higher) certification.
• Five (5) years' experience as a system administrator, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Five (5) years of additional system administrator experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Desired Skills:

• Some knowledge of Linux system administration.

This position is 100% on-site in Maryland.
