    We operate a web based SaaS (Software as a Service) product that manages order and logistics transactions between customers and their B2B trading partners. The position is based in Nassau County, New York. Easy access to LIRR and NICE bus. For over two decades, we have provided technical services to the retail, fashion and wholesale industries. We pride ourselves on building strong business relationships with our customers, helping them deepen their relationships with the major retail players, including Amazon.com, Bed Bath & Beyond, Bloomingdales, JC Penney, Macy's, Neiman Marcus, Nordstron, Saks Fifth Avenue, Sears, Stein Mart, Target, Walmart, and more. We are seeking an experienced Operations and Help Desk Manager to join our growing team.     Oversee Team of 5-10 Operations Personnel

    Support Incoming Customer Calls

    Operate New Customer Training

    Oversee Successful Processing of Billable Customer Support Jobs (Transaction Entry into Our System, Barcode Printing)

    Oversee Successful Processing of SaaS System (Online Web Portal System)

    Manage Customer Ticketing System for Transaction Errors and Customer Support Requests

    Improve Customer Experience

    Improve Operational Efficiency

    Optional: Oversee New Customer Onboarding Group (3 Additional People plus Supervisor)

    The Requirements

    Bachelor's Degree or Higher

    Experience Managing Staff

    Good Communications Skills

    Excellent Problem-Solving Abilities

    Ability to Commute or Willingness to Relocate to Nassau County

    Available to Work Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
