Kokomo24/7® is a comprehensive health and safety solution SaaS provider. Kokomo24/7® operates in start-up mentalities and culture, thus requiring a self-motivated candidate with a high tolerance for working in an abstract with loose oversights in a super-fast pace environment.
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for developing and executing our organizational sales and marketing activities. You will also be responsible for researching on competitors' products and services, pricing, etc. If you are results-driven, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for SaaS solutions, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Conduct both warm and cold calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our SaaS solutions. Build and nurture relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their business needs.
Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities through outbound calls and lead generation. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively articulating the value proposition of our SaaS products.
Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about the features, benefits, and technical aspects of our SaaS products. Clearly and concisely convey complex technical information to potential clients.
Sales Techniques: Utilize a combination of warm and cold calling techniques to promote our SaaS solutions. Apply consultative selling methods to understand client requirements and tailor product offerings accordingly.
Sales Administration: Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and refine approaches for improved results.
Qualifications
Minimum of an Associate Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales within the SaaS industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with warm and cold calling techniques.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot) and sales tools.
