    Job Description

    The Paid Social Specialist is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operational workflows, social and analytic related needs in support of the ongoing paid social media campaign activations for a national automotive client. The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for paid social media, analytics, and personal drive for continuous improvement and learning opportunities as the space continues to evolve.

    The Paid Social Specialist will work under DSplus - a Saatchi & Saatchi company. DSplus was created around the idea of a “Digital Salesperson” who leads a customer through the entire lifecycle of their automobile ownership journey.

    Responsibilities :

    • Ensure successful execution of internal workflows and processes across teams (planning, activation, ad operations, and analytics)
    • Work with team Analysts aiding in dashboard creation and ongoing reporting support within tech stack and platform UIs.
    • Support implementation of technical aspects of campaign deployment (naming conventions, pixels, tags, system integration)
    • Assist in development of Paid Social Campaigns across multiple platforms throughout planning, launching, and reporting phases.
    • Monitor workflow performance in the task management system and suggest improvements when needed
    • Collaborate with the Senior Paid Social Specialist and Social Strategists on day-to-day campaign needs
    • Interface with platform partners on technical aspects of campaign deployment and new activation opportunities
    • Work closely internal and external teams paid social teams to support development and review of client reporting deliverables inclusive of campaign insights and key learnings overarching themes, goal tracking, and more.
    • Proactively seek new information and maintain a current and thorough understanding of digital marketing best practices including industry trends, metrics, and competitive activities
    • Stay up to date with social and reporting trends, platform updates, and new opportunities for campaign activations to bring forth to client
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of experience with social advertising or digital advertising
    • Understanding and knowledge of Paid Social Performance Metrics (CPM, CTR, VVR, etc..)
    • Strategic understanding of one or more social platform’s core features, technical capabilities, and knowledge with Business and Ads Manager Dashboards
    • Knowledge within workflow tools (Sprinklr, Google Campaign Manager, Asana, Google Docs, etc.)
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to apply critical thinking and analysis in business and strategic writing
    • Excellent organization and time management; ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
    • An ideal candidate will be a self-starter with natural curiosity, comfortable in the unknown, and a strong communicator
