Sabio Systems seeks a Recruiter with previous recruitment experience desiring to join our team in Albuquerque.  We are looking for high achievers, performance driven candidates with a passion for staffing and an ability to work in a sales and metrics driven environment.  We require someone that's persistent, very competitive and has the will to exceed expectations.  This is a SALARY + COMMISSION position, your positive attitude will be the determining factor in your success!  JOB DUTIES FOR THE RECRUITER: Recruit, interview, evaluate and place highly skilled professionals on a Contract, Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire basis. Successfully review job descriptions and analyze client requirements in order to understand the needs of the hiring manager and skills required. Reach out to hundreds of prospects via telephone, email, job boards, social media and other means on a weekly basis. Build and maintain a quality pipeline by fostering long term relationships with candidates. Assess candidates hard and soft skills through a combination of behavioral interviews and competency-based evaluations. Identify and attend networking events such as career fairs, professional association meetings, calling on colleges & universities and outplacement services. Ability to thrive in a very competitive industry with a sense of urgency and internal drive to succeed. You'll recruit candidates & fill jobs in Accounting, IT, healthcare, and Office Support Services.  Other duties as required. JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RECRUITER:  At least 1+ years experience as a recruiter for a staffing agency or similar industry.  Willingness to work in a metric driven environment meeting monthly team expectations. Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator. High level of initiative and ability work well in a team environment. Should be tenacious, and understand the responsibilities that go along with being in a performance based position.  Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred.
