We are currently seeking motivated and passionate Life Insurance Sales Agents to join our team. This position is remote so all the job requirements can be done from home (or anywhere). This remote position allows you the capability to essentially set your own schedule and work the hours that are available to you. Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable life insurance products to fit the client's goals. Educate clients on the importance and benefits of life insurance to protect their family. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for satisfaction and retention. Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge. Relentless Determination to succeed. Show up! Attend daily/weekly zoom calls. Qualifications: Valid Resident State life insurance license (or willingness to obtain one in your State) Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment. Previous sales experience is an asset but not a requirement. No agent's success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
