We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Our INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATES are provided with exclusive, quality leads, derived from our own branded online and radio advertisements, Our Associates also receive inbound calls from prospective clients and internet inquiries (generated from our website), directly from individuals seeking tax assistance and financial counseling.

• Base ($15/hour) + Uncapped Commission
• Yearly range:60k-100k
• Inbound Quality Calls via In House Marketing
• ALL warm leads, NO COLD CALLING!
• Monthly Incentives (Vacations, Cash Bonuses, etc.)

WHAT SKILLS YOU WILL BRING:

• Recent sales experience, Inside Sales is preferred and a PLUS
• 1+ year experience working in the following industries preferred - sales, tax resolution, mortgage, real estate, debt settlement, collections, and/or personal finance
• Willingness to learn
• Drive & Motivation for success
• Outstanding Telephone Communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
• Superior Time Management
• Must be able to follow a script
• Bilingual a PLUS
• Must have the capability to operate a variety of functions on PC, to include navigating throughout various programs and databases and have the visual ability to enter data and extract data from PC as required to perform regular job functions, independently.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high volume work environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Must be Computer literate and technologically savvy.
• Interactive verbal and listening skills for extended periods.
• Sitting for extended periods of time, using telephone, typing and/or operating a computer and/or mouse.
• Heavy phone usage/communication.
• Interaction may vary from informational, interpretive, and sometimes persuasive in nature.
