    Are you a safety-driven professional ready to take ownership of EHS programs in a fast-paced production setting? We’re looking for an experienced EHS Manager to lead our site’s environmental and safety compliance efforts while championing a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Collaborate with corporate leadership to align facility safety practices with company-wide standards.

    • Perform Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and support the rollout of targeted safety training.

    • Lead investigations into incidents and near-misses, identifying root causes and corrective actions.

    • Conduct regular walkthroughs, audits, and risk assessments, following up on findings to drive improvement.

    • Use EHS software systems to track progress, document actions, and ensure compliance with the hierarchy of controls.

    • Oversee key programs such as respiratory protection and hearing conservation.

    • Manage annual EHS audits, drive closure of findings, and lead local safety engagement initiatives (e.g., committees, safety talks).

    • Stay on top of industry trends and regulatory updates to keep programs current and effective.

    • Act as the site’s point person for environmental compliance—supporting permits, reports, and regulatory documentation in partnership with corporate teams.

    • Liaise with consultants to compile accurate data for reporting needs.

    • Perform environmental walkthroughs, monitor waste management, and ensure compliance with all applicable environmental laws and standards (OSHA, EPA, etc.).

    What You Bring to the Table:

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an EHS role within a manufacturing environment.

    • Solid understanding of OSHA and EPA regulations.

    • Track record of leading incident investigations, hazard assessments, and implementing safety programs.

    • Strong communication skills; bilingual (Spanish/English) is a big PLUS!

    • Comfortable interpreting regulatory language and technical documents.
