Safety Manager - Seattle, WA
We are now hiring a passionate and driven Safety Manager to be a true safety champion across a close-knit family of brands of residential service companies. This is a high-impact role where you'll directly shape safety culture, ensuring compliance, developing cutting-edge training programs, and implementing policies that protect the most valuable asset: the people. Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 base salary, plus bonus potential tied to safety KPIs.

Responsibilities:
Safety Culture Leadership:
Champion and cultivate a strong safety culture across all company brands.
Advocate for safety at all organizational levels, ensuring leadership and employees prioritize safe work practices.
Training & Education:
Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive safety training programs for employees at all levels.
Ensure training materials are up-to-date and reflect current OSHA, EPA, and state-specific regulations.
Conduct hands-on safety training, workshops, and field audits to reinforce safety protocols.
Policy Implementation & Compliance:
Design, implement, and continuously improve safety policies and procedures across all locations.
Monitor compliance with OSHA, EPA, and industry-specific regulations, with a strong focus on safety laws.
Collaborate closely with in-house legal counsel and HR to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk.
Safety Monitoring & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report key safety metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Workers' Compensation & Incident Management:
Manage and oversee workers' compensation cases and liaise with L&I (Labor & Industries) agencies.
Ensure proper incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up procedures.
Collaborate with HR and Operations to develop return-to-work programs.
Qualifications:
Safety experience with residential service companies, namely plumbing, HVAC, and electrical companies,
OSHA 30-hour certification.
EPA Section 608 certification.
First aid, safety, and CPR certifications.
Experience working with workers' compensation cases and L&I agencies.
Demonstrated ability to learn and apply state-specific safety regulations, with a strong focus on California compliance.
HVAC-related safety certifications are preferred.
Experience working in industries such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical is preferred.
