    Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated safety professional to join our team and fill the role of Operations Manager. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our operational processes, ensuring the efficient delivery of our safety consulting services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for safety and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

    Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and safety outcomes.

    Collaborate with the executive team to create strategic plans and set operational goals.

    Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess productivity and performance.

    Deliver training and support to staff to foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.

    Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

    Coordinate project assignments and ensure timely completion of safety audits and assessments.

    Lead and mentor a team of safety professionals, promoting professional development and growth.

    Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize operational efficiency.

    Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Health and Safety.

    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in construction safety or related industry.

    Strong understanding of HSE regulations and industry standards.

    Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

    Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management software.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
