  • Responsibilities

    We are working with a leading consulting firm to find a SailPoint Architect. This person will lead identity and access management (IAM) initiatives, combining technical expertise with consulting excellence to help end clients achieve robust, scalable IAM solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Architect IAM Solutions: Design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow solutions that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
    • Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their unique needs and translate business objectives into actionable IAM strategies.
    • Customization & Development: Develop custom workflows, connectors, and integrations to optimize IAM functionality using tools such as Java, BeanShell, and APIs.
    • Project Leadership: Lead IAM projects from initiation to completion, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
    • Mentorship & Team Building: Guide and mentor junior consultants, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing within the team.
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of IAM trends, cloud-based solutions, and emerging security threats to provide cutting-edge solutions.
    • Operational Excellence: Establish sustainable IAM strategies and processes to enhance client operations and support compliance requirements.

    Qualifications

    • Experience:
      • 5+ years of experience in IAM, including experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ 8.4/IdentityNow.
      • Proven success delivering IAM solutions in a consulting capacity.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Expertise in IAM concepts, role-based access control (RBAC), and protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
      • Proficiency in development tools and scripting languages such as Java, BeanShell, and SQL.
      • Experience integrating IAM solutions with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Soft Skills:
      • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and client engagement skills.
      • Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments with a collaborative mindset.
    • Certifications: SailPoint certification preferred.

    Will be onsite in Plano on Wednesdays and Onsite in Downtown Dallas on Thursdays. M/Tu/F Work from home
