Responsible for the Focus Point of our restaurant that keeps our guests returning again and again. The all-you-can-eat Salad Bar!
SALAD BAR ATTENDANT:
Basic Job Duties
Prepares food to the prescribed recipe
Set ups and services the Salad Bar throughout the day
Manages the Salad bar throughout the day by wiping down any spills, checking levels of food refilling when needed, stirring or mixing items every few minutes, checking temperatures every two hours
Responsible for various accurate prep sheets and checklists
Maintaining proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards
