You will prospect for seller leads daily, including identifying and calling for sale by owner and expired listing candidates, closing leads to appointments, and providing fiduciary advice on pricing strategy and staging homes for sale. You will market homes or work with the team to launch marketing campaigns, evaluate showing feedback, and adjust pricing as needed. Upon receiving offers, you will negotiate them, write the contracts, and oversee deals through to close. You will also demonstrate a commitment to learning by attending courses, teaching when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues.
