PRIMARY FUNCTION Under the guidance of the Production Manager, the Testing Engineer would maintain and operation of manual/automated test solutions for PCBA's and Controllers, as well to testing & measuring equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Understand product specifications and experience in testing equipment's troubleshooting in ICT, functional testers, measurement equipment's like, Hi-pot tester, Inductance tester, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, power meter, impedance tester and reliability chambers. * To ensure that PM activities are carried out as per scheduled and executed effectively. * To Ensure Gage R&R and calibration of test equipment's. * Device and test software and hardware troubleshooting. * To train the Technicians & Shift coordinators and ensure their skill levels are updated. * Spares maintenance- Effective utilization of SAP for spares maintenance and availability of spare parts. * Continues Improvement activities in the production line based on Kaizen inputs. * Others Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES * n/a QUALIFICATIONS * Must have a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Electronics. Bachelor's Degree in electronics and or Engineering preferred. * At least 4 Years' Experience in PCBA Testing. EXPERIENCE * Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills. * Knowledge of component identification. * Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment. * Ability to read and speak English fluently. * Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. * Strong verbal/written communication. * Computer literacy. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS * Incumbent must be able to operate a computer. * Lift/carry 40lb. or less, push/pull 12lbs. or less. * Stooping, bending, stretching, and reaching outward and over their head. * This position may require long periods of sitting, standing, and walking. * Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when necessary. * May require travel. Associate will be required to take all appropriate training classes as required. * Willingness to cross-train into other departments.
