Fat Fender Garage is hiring a Sales Representative!
Fat Fender Garage is a nationally recognized custom vintage truck and parts builder, celebrated for our innovative and elegant designs. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving revenue by building strong relationships and helping our customers create the truck of their dreams.
Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and occasionally in person for both new and existing customers.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and deliver solutions to the best of our ability.
Research potential clients for outreach and business development.
Follow up on inactive leads and past customers.
Develop in-depth knowledge of Fat Fender Garage’s products, chassis, and build offerings.
Prepare compelling sales presentations.
Maintain accurate client information and communication records in Shopify and Outlook.
Provide support to senior sales and account managers.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on Fat Fender Garage’s products, industry trends, and competitors.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities (bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus).
Detail-oriented: Organized with strong attention to detail.
Automotive Enthusiast: Passionate about classic vehicles and eager to learn and grow in the automotive industry.
Team Player: Motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Requirements:
2+ years of high-level sales or hospitality experience.
Passion for and knowledge of classic vehicles, the automotive industry, and/or mechanical experience.
Familiarity with CRM and operations tools like HubSpot, Shopify, or Dynamics 365 is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
