What we provide: • Health, vision, and dental benefits • Matching 401(k) contributions • Generous paid time off • Vibrant company culture Responsibilities: • Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints • Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary • Responsible for supporting the sales team and customers throughout the sales process • Providing timely assistance to customers to resolve sales-related issues effectively • Acting as a bridge between the company and customers by completing administrative tasks, entering sales orders, and addressing customer queries • Ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly responding to inquiries, offering product quotes, and handling complaints professionally • Maintaining accurate customer accounts, updating information, and managing back orders efficiently • Collaborating with sales consultants to foster strong working relationships • Keeping track of customer inventories and notifying relevant departments of any concerns • Working closely with different departments to ensure timely delivery and meet customer requirements • Supporting the sales team's growth and success by staying informed about pricing and customer needs • Providing exceptional service that goes above and beyond customer expectations Qualifications: • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Sales experience is preferred but not required • Excellent computer skills • Ability to work independently • Strong teamwork skills Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 DOE
