We need people to help spread our Passion for Art Education at Kidcreate Studio!

The Role: We're looking for a Sale and Marketing Specialist who's excited to be hands-on with sale and marketing campaigns, social media and creative planning. You'll help bring campaigns to life for three studios, from managing sale activities and digital ads. If you're organized, creative, and eager to learn, this is your chance.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new partnerships, bookings, and sales opportunities to boost revenue.

Plan and manage monthly sales prospecting efforts.

Develop and oversee monthly marketing campaigns for three studios.

Allocate and track marketing budgets across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google).

Create engaging newsletters and digital content.

Launch, monitor, and optimize digital ad campaigns.

Support social media management by creating and scheduling posts, sourcing content, and engaging with our audience.

Collaborate in session planning and creative brainstorming to develop innovative sales and marketing campaign ideas.

What We're Looking For: Must-Haves

Solid understanding of Sales and Marketing fundamentals.

Cold Calling, Sales and Marketing Experience is a must.

A passion for Social Media and content creation, especially on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.

Strong organizational skills, manage multiple tasks and keep projects on track.

Communication and Customer Service Skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Self-driven and proactive.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in the arts or education industry.

Experience with Canva.

Experience with CRM Software such as Keap.

Experience with Brandfolder.

Specializing in children's art classes, camps, and art-themed birthday parties. At Kidcreate Studio, you will help children to create fridge-worthy masterpieces, learn art concepts, and experiment with many different art materials.

Weekly classes, camps, workshops, and homeschool classes are age-specific and are tailored to provide each student with the curriculum that suits them best.
