As an Account Executive, you’ll leverage Freight Flex’s resources and your sales expertise to build and expand a thriving book of business.

We’re seeking candidates based in the Charleston, SC area who are available to work onsite four days a week. Join our dynamic, fast-growing team and make an impact in the logistics industry!

What You’ll Do:

• Work to close new business for the company through inside and outside sales.
• Grow new and existing accounts using our processes and your own customer service methods.
• Respond to client escalations to solve client issues quickly and ensure smooth operations at origin and destination. Handle client issues that require advanced industry knowledge.
• Collaborate with your team members and external partners to ensure the success of the shipment life cycle.
• Step in to fill gaps in the process or implement improved processes as needed.

Qualifications

What We Look For:

• 1+ years of logistics experience
• 2+ years of sales experience
• We only accept well tenured candidates who have held at most two jobs in the last five years.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Additional Information

Salary $45,000 - $55,000
