Your Role as a Sales Specialist

As a Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving our business forward while helping customers bring their outdoor visions to life. Your day-to-day will include:

Building Relationships – Connect with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Closing Sales – Guide clients through the sales process, ensuring satisfaction from consultation to project completion.

Team Collaboration – Work closely with our design and operations teams to bring client ideas to reality.

Customer Service Excellence – Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.

Contributing to Growth – Share ideas and strategies to help enhance our sales processes and business success.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking driven individuals who thrive in a sales and customer service role. If you have:

Sales or Customer Service Experience – Prior experience in sales (especially in landscaping or a related industry) is a plus, but a strong drive to succeed is just as important!

Strong Relationship-Building Skills – You enjoy connecting with people, earning their trust, and maintaining lasting relationships.

Customer-Focused Mindset – You genuinely care about delivering a top-tier client experience.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Salary: $60,000 per year

Commission: Earn additional income based on sales performance—top performers can reach $89,000+ annually
