    Your Role as a Sales Specialist:

    As a Sales Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our growth, helping customers create their ideal outdoor spaces while driving our business forward. This role combines sales with creativity, customer service, and collaboration. Here’s what you’ll do:

    Develop Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers, truly understanding their needs and offering personalized solutions.

    Close Sales: Use your sales skills to guide clients through the sales process, ensuring that they are satisfied every step of the way, from initial consultation to final project completion.

    Team Collaboration: Work closely with our design and operations teams to bring customer ideas to life, ensuring smooth transitions from sale to project execution.

    Customer Service Excellence: Every client interaction matters. You’ll be focused on exceeding customer expectations and providing a memorable experience.

    What We’re Looking For:

    Sales Experience (Preferred, But Not Required): Previous sales experience, especially in landscaping or related industries, is a plus. However, we are open to entry-level candidates who are eager to learn.

    Relationship-Building Ability: You know how to connect with clients and maintain those relationships, building trust and rapport over time.
