Position Overview: We’re seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our Cincinnati/Dayton team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy building relationships, solving customer needs, and contributing to a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective and existing customers to promote Yesco’s products and services.

Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions for sign and lighting maintenance, repair, and new installations.

Generate and follow up on sales leads, both inbound and outbound.

Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and service agreements.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM software.

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience (inside sales or customer service preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers succeed.
