We’re looking for a driven Sales Account Executive to fuel our growth in the commercial sector and become a key player on our team.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Account Executive, you’ll spearhead business development in the commercial market, focusing on Retail, Hospitality, Restaurants, Gyms/Fitness, Medical, and other commercial sectors. Your role is to bring in new clients, close deals, and help us hit aggressive revenue targets. Here’s what success looks like:
Leverage your existing book of business to secure contracts in retail storefronts, boutique hotels, trendy restaurants, fitness studios, medical offices, and beyond.
Hit the ground running by identifying and pursuing high-value leads from day one.
Build and nurture relationships with property managers, business owners, and decision-makers to drive repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with our project teams to ensure seamless delivery that keeps clients coming back.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, contributing directly to our $400K+ new business target per rep.
Who You Are
We need a proven closer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings the following:
Established Network: A robust book of business in commercial sectors like Retail, Hospitality, Restaurants, Gyms/Fitness, or Medical—ready to activate immediately.
Experience: 3+ years of B2B sales experience in construction, real estate, or a related field, with a track record of hitting quotas.
Hustle: Self-motivated, with the ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals independently.
Team Player: A collaborative spirit eager to integrate into our tight-knit crew and share wins with the group.
Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial TI build-outs, renovations, or ground-up projects is a plus.
