Overview: For our growing business, we are looking for additional Sales Account Executives to increase revenue in our Central Jersey sales team. The Sales Account Executive is responsible for the execution of new business strategy and directly managing the interactions with new and/or existing customers to increase sales and services focused on NJOS’s Services and Software Solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for prospecting and developing new business sales relationships within assigned territory.
- Meet or exceed established sales quota by selling Sharp technology solutions and services.
- Partner internally with sales, operations, and service teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Secure weekly client meetings in-person or virtually.
- Complete sales actions via a CRM tool set.
- Work with other Team Members
- Review weekly with senior management prospecting, sales pipeline, and client activity.
- Prospecting: Identify and create sales opportunities with net new and existing SBS clients that meet the SMB market / ideal client profile.
- Needs Assessment: Determine customer pain points as it relates to management of their IT environment and technology assets. Identify print/document/information management related business challenges/initiatives that can be addressed with software applications from the SBS portfolio
- Executive Presentation: Identify opportunities from assessment and translate to a business case. Describe benefits in terms of financial justification as well as improvement in quality, performance, and uptime.
- Lead strategic discussion relative to IT strategies to a nontechnical audience.
- Develop benchmark demonstrations, proposals and value propositions that exceed customers' requirements. resulting in the development of new customers and retention of existing accounts.
- Consistently achieve monthly revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years in an equivalent sales position with proven sales success is a plus.
- Experience specifically with pre-sales, and sales support activity, as well as service-related support issues is a major plus
- Understanding of network/enterprise software. i.e. (Tivoli, CA, SAP, SharePoint software)
- Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM
- Valid and clean US driver’s license with a reliable vehicle to drive to multiple locations daily is required
