    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our team at UG Group Financial in Cedar Falls, IA. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales within a specific geographic area, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving personal sales goals. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory

    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

    Identify and grow opportunities within the territory and collaborate with internal teams to ensure growth attainment

    Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

    Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

    Experience we are looking for:

    At least 1 year experience as a Territory Sales Manager or similar role

    Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

    Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

    Excellent verbal and written communications skills
