    Job Description

    We are looking for a Sales Account Specialist to be responsible to drive sales efforts through promoting and providing our technical and commercial solutions using working knowledge of the product portfolio and the technical benefits of our mobile solutions. This role conducts effective customer visits and generates project acquisition for our profitable business growth at a global customer account. The position resides in Fountain Inn, SC.

    • Drives and promotes sales activities to keep current business as well increase market share.
    • Creates and maintains excellent Customer relationships.
    • Supports sales growth for OEM Customers
    • Supports and guides assigned account with product and strategy deployment.
    • Continuously develops and shares knowledge of our customer’s technical and commercial needs.
    • Engages and supports on all sales activities within global sales team, on product and project management, R&D, customer planning, manufacturing, quality, compliance, and service teams.
    • Coordinates our sales project efforts with our product and application groups in providing solutions for our customer.
    • Demonstrates team-oriented value selling supporting the Bosch Rexroth matrix organization as it applies to the mobile organization.
    • Investigates customer complaints and make recommendations with team for resolution.
    • Maintains detailed knowledge of our customers’ business, market, and projects to enable our success factors to support the organization’s strategic business planning.
    • The Job duties above are performed via working from Fountain Inn Sales Office and visiting Customers sites in USA as needed- approx. 10-15% travel
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Fluid Power Engineering, or an equivalent is required.
    • Experience in the areas of Strategic planning, communication, account management/sales and management skills are required.
    • Team-oriented management skills to effectively promote the sales of our entire Product Portfolio.
    • An excellent communicator across F2F and virtual environments at all levels.
    • Results orientated; with a desire to exceed targets.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and self-learning abilities.
    • Able to build high quality and lasting relationships with all stakeholders.
    • Great networker with high level of interpersonal skills
    • Find and exploit new opportunities and communicate latest trends.
    • Committed to adding value to our customer.
    • Confident, resilient, emotionally intelligent.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Represent Bosch Rexroth in a professional manner in front of our customers.

    Preferred Requirements:

    • Direct OEM sales experience and or Account Management is preferred.
    • Previous Bosch Rexroth experience or on Mobile Sales applications is preferred.
    • Understanding of the systems approach for Mobile Machinery: Hydraulics, Electronics, and applications desired.
    • Technical experience with open and closed-loop drive technology is preferred.
