Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Fluid Power Engineering, or an equivalent is required.
- Experience in the areas of Strategic planning, communication, account management/sales and management skills are required.
- Team-oriented management skills to effectively promote the sales of our entire Product Portfolio.
- An excellent communicator across F2F and virtual environments at all levels.
- Results orientated; with a desire to exceed targets.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and self-learning abilities.
- Able to build high quality and lasting relationships with all stakeholders.
- Great networker with high level of interpersonal skills
- Find and exploit new opportunities and communicate latest trends.
- Committed to adding value to our customer.
- Confident, resilient, emotionally intelligent.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Represent Bosch Rexroth in a professional manner in front of our customers.
Preferred Requirements:
- Direct OEM sales experience and or Account Management is preferred.
- Previous Bosch Rexroth experience or on Mobile Sales applications is preferred.
- Understanding of the systems approach for Mobile Machinery: Hydraulics, Electronics, and applications desired.
- Technical experience with open and closed-loop drive technology is preferred.
