We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Account and E-commerce Assistant to provide essential assistance to our sales team and E-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our sales department, as well as assisting with various duties involved in running our E-commerce operations. Current students working towards a degree with a desire for valuable hands on experience in an exciting and fast paced industry are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist E-commerce administration by fielding customer service inquiries, ensuring accurate inventory, following up with customers on order discrepancies, and streamlining organizational processes.
Assist sales teams with administrative tasks by providing contracts, invoices, and other materials through Whatsapp.
Respond to sales rep inquiries and provide necessary assistance for operations to flow smoothly.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials, such as brochures, catalogs, and promotional items.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for various business projects.
Support the sales team in lead generation activities, including research and outreach.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
E-commerce and graphic design experience is desirable.
