    The Sales Accounting Assistant will provide support to the sales department in various accounting and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our customer's vehicle purchasing experience.

    What you'll do:

    Track inventory status throughout the production and sales process using the internal Dealership Management Software (DMS) and/or by physically walking production.

    Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions for the sales office.

    Reconcile sales bank statements and assist with the month-end close procedures.

    Assist customers with financing applications and supporting paperwork.

    Prepare and timely process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.

    Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.

    Provide administrative support to the sales, finance and other departments as needed.

    What you’ll need:

    Associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.

    1-2 years of experience in accounting/finance or related field and knowledge of accounting principles & practices.

    Highlight proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word

    Previous experience in accounting/finance or related field.

    Associate's degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred.

    Strong data entry skills, attention to detail, time-management and organizational skills.

    Ability to analyze data, perform calculations and read & interpret financial statements/documents.

    Demonstrated initiative, willingness to take on greater challenges, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
