    Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and writing correspondence. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and has a friendly demeanor with the ability to build strong relationships and contribute to sales growth.

    Responsibilities

    Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate team member

    Draft and send sales correspondence, including emails, standard quotation proposals, and client follow-ups

    Maintain and update the sales team’s pipeline and CRM system, ensuring accurate record-keeping

    Experience with ACT CRM a plus

    Assist in preparing and contributing to sales reports and tracking documents

    Assist in shipping, receiving, and record keeping for customer product

    Streamline office procedures to enhance sales team efficiency and productivity

    Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar

    Qualifications • High school diploma/GED required; Associate’s degree or administrative training preferred • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales or customer service environment • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and standard office equipment • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with sales tools and software a plus • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft professional sales correspondence • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple sales-related tasks and priorities
