    U.S. Air Filtration, Inc. is looking to add another full-time Sales Administrative Assistant to join our finance team. You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success. You should enjoy working as part of a team and be able to keep up with a fast-paced sales environment. Effective communication, attention to detail, organization, and a great attitude are key to this position.

    Our focus is on providing customers with the best experience possible and our sales administrators play a critical role. They ensure product and project details are correct and meet the customer’s stated project goals and deadlines. This includes reviewing product specifications, approval forms, delivery information, etc. You’ll also help answer questions customers may have regarding ongoing projects and help the sales team with projects if needed.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide support for the sales team by processing orders, resolving problems

    Draft correspondences, drawings, and other formal documents

    Answer inbound telephone calls and make outbound calls, when necessary

    Develop and implement organized filing systems

    Assist managers with various tasks

    Perform all other office tasks

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience in office administration

    Ability to prioritize and multitask

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Strong attention to detail

    ​Strong organizational skills

    Reliable and consistent

    Salesforce and Quickbooks experience preferred

    Employment:

    Full-Time, Monday - Friday 8a-5p CT
