    Job Summary

    The Customer Relations Coordinator is responsible for providing customer/potential customers with product information and unparalleled customer service; acts as a liaison between customer and sales department by maintaining and establishing effective communication to ensure prompt and accurate responses to customer requests; and provides administrative support to outside sales reps.

    General Duties

    • Projects a warm, welcoming, and trustworthy image over the phone
    • Provide follow-up calls to customers/potential customers
    • Maintain constant communications with inside and outside sales reps
    • Take detailed customer notes to pass on to inside and outside sales reps
    • Serves as a liaison between the inside sales, outside sales and customer service departments
    • Exchanges information with other Departments in Houston (accounting, shipping, service, etc.)
    • Tracks and prepares reports on daily, weekly, and monthly leads and sales
    • Complete service requests
    • Review sales order entry forms for accuracy before submitting for processing

    Education & Experience

    • High school diploma or equivalent - required.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred not required)
    • Experience: 2-4 years of related sales support, administrative experience, or a combination of education and experience.(preferred)

    Physical & Other Requirements

    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, up to 75% of the time
