Role Overview: This new role as Sales Administrator will be an intricate part of supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You will support multiple sales reps by helping with customer research, data entry, and keeping the sales team organized. As a sales administrator, you will report to the sales manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with order processing, tracking, customer inquiries and research, and as-needed requests from the team.
Data Management: Maintain accurate sales records and update customer files. Complete vendor applications and discovering new bid opportunities.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between the sales team and customers/vendors, providing timely updates and information.
Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and coordinate sales/training events.
Customer Service: Communicate with customer to resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales support or administrative role desired not required.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience in Hubspot CRM (a plus)
