Responsibilities:
Process and facilitate sales orders to procurement/finance/service delivery – segue customers from sale to delivering customers desired outcome ensuring customer satisfaction
Sales Administration – document sales data and reporting
Main point of contact for customer billing inquiries and facilitation of resolution
Product Returns & Exchanges
Document customer product warranty and renewals
Aide sales in the generation of manufacturer warranty renewals
Qualifications:
1 – 3 years of experience working within an office environment
Customer centric and team centric – outgoing, personable, approachable, helpful
Familiar and competent working within a CRM
Computer Savvy – competent in using Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & Outlook
General understanding of computer technology
Process and detail oriented
Challenges the status quo – seeks to improve
