    The Role: We’re looking for an exceptional Sales Advisor who thrives in a high-touch, high-emotion sales environment. This isn’t traditional RV sales—this is an opportunity to guide premium buyers through a once-in-a-lifetime decision that blends lifestyle, technology, and vision. Your job is to understand their journey, earn their trust, and walk with them toward ownership of something truly different.

    What You’ll Do:

    Represent Exodus at events, expos, and private demos with professionalism and passion

    Nurture leads from inquiry to close, using a consultative, story-driven approach

    Deliver white-glove service to every prospect—before, during, and after the sale

    Educate potential buyers on technical features, tow vehicle compatibility, and off-grid capability

    Use CRM tools to track conversations, follow up consistently, and prioritize leads

    Contribute feedback to marketing and product teams based on buyer insights

    Serve as an authentic brand ambassador both online and in the field

    You Might Be a Fit If You:

    Have 2+ years in luxury sales (vehicles, adventure gear, real estate, marine, etc.)

    Know how to sell through trust, story, and deep product understanding

    Have experience guiding 6-figure purchase decisions

    Are genuinely passionate about the outdoors, overlanding, design, or self-reliant travel

    Thrive in early-stage environments where your voice helps shape the process

    Speak the language of high-performance products and can simplify complex topics for customers

    •Are deeply responsive, organized, and naturally relational

    Nice to Have:

    Prior experience with premium trailer, vanlife, EV, or off-road brands

    Hands-on knowledge of tow vehicles, solar systems, or electrical components

    Experience selling at Overland Expo, LA Auto Show, or similar lifestyle events

    Comfort with video, webinars, or live demos
