Ari Simvoulakis, Chief Recruitment Officer: Ari Simvoulakis has been with Northwestern Mutual for over eleven years, starting as a financial representative intern in 2013 before moving into a full-time recruiting role. Her journey with the company began immediately after graduation, allowing her to hone her skills and grow within the recruiting team. Outside the office, Ari is passionate about travel, immersing herself in different cultures around the world. She also enjoys boxing and recently took up weightlifting to challenge herself further.

Craig Quinlan, Managing Director/Financial Advisor: Craig Quinlan began his journey with Northwestern Mutual in 1986 as an intern and transitioned to a full-time Financial Advisor upon graduation. Before joining Northwestern Mutual, Craig gained valuable experience in various business development roles throughout college. Outside of work, he enjoys quality time with his wife, Renee, and their two dogs, along with visits to family in Chicago. Craig is also an avid golfer at the Sequoyah Country Club and appreciates a good whiskey and cigar on occasion.

Christian Katzman, Financial Advisor: Christian Katzman joined Northwestern Mutual a little over six months ago, bringing a wealth of experience to the team. After serving in the US Marine Corps, Christian earned a BA in International Finance from USC and an MBA from Pepperdine University. He most recently held the role of Vice President at MUFG in the financial industry. Outside of work, Christian is dedicated to his community, coaching his son's football games, hosting networking events, and serving on various local boards. A self-proclaimed foodie, he travels internationally each year to explore new cuisines.

Laura DiFiglio, CFP®, ChFC®, Financial Advisor: Laura DiFiglio has been with Northwestern Mutual for almost four years and was recently nominated for the Inspirational Women Forum and Leadership Award by the LA Times. Before joining Northwestern Mutual, Laura spent nearly a decade in the entertainment and production industry, where she worked as a camera assistant. Passionate about the arts and creativity, Laura enjoys outdoor activities and travels frequently to connect with friends and family.
